Imagining the botanicals as an orchestra we have taken the lead instrument, amplified its presence in the ensemble, and then raised the decibels by increasing the proof alcohol. Our Very Junipery Over Proof Gin captures the full flavour spectrum of this key botanical through three different distilling techniques
